WHEN BOOKING ONLINE IT WILL ASK FOR PAYMENT, IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD YOU MUST ENTER YOUR GIFT CARD NUMBER IF YOU DO NOT AND YOUR CREDIT CARDS GETS CHARGED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH THE GIFT CARD AT THE TIME OF YOUR SERVICE YOU MUST PRE PAY WITH THE GIFT CARD, NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PRE PAY BOOKING WILL BE GIVEN.

*Emergency Appointments: KneadIt Massage & Bodyworks is open 7 days a week but we know there are times that clients have pain during our non business hours. We will do our best to fit you in for an emergency appointment if we can. There will be an additonal charge of $25 for any emergency appointments.
Clients may choose to book online with our online booking service, please be advised that if you do decide to book online it is required that you pre-pay for that service that you will be receiving at the time of booking, this insures that your spot is held for that time with that therapist. There will be no refund for online booking however if you will have to change your appointment before the 24 hour cancelation you will receive a credit to your account here at KneadIt and you are more then welcome to use that credit for a service at a different time. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancelation you will not receive a credit to your account that full amount will be charged for that service. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Cancelations must be done via phone call, text messages/emails will not be honored, if a phone call is not received, client is responsible for the appointment and it will be considered as a no show.
Holiday and Holiday weekends have a 72 hour cancelation policy, with a non refundable deposit.
Couples Massage Cancellation Policy: When booking a couples massage (two people in your party same room or separate rooms) we take a 50% deposit to hold the appointment that is non-refundable deposit and is charged at the time of booking.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
